Self-care with a soul, a story, and a place you carry with you.

Roots & Glow makes personal care where every product carries the soul of a place, and the people who call it home. Julnar is the first collection.

Where it started

Dalina Kashou spent twelve years in branding and marketing before starting Roots & Glow. She grew up in one place and built her career in another, which is a common enough story and a quiet kind of ache.

She wanted to make something small and daily. A bottle you use on a Tuesday that happens to hold a place (or the feeling/smell of a place) inside of it.

The Scent of Home, Bottled for Everyday Care. Because everyone has roots, and everyone deserves to feel them.

Julnar is only the first chapter.

We began our journey with Julnar, but our heart is to celebrate cultural roots everywhere. The plan was never one collection. It is a shelf where every row is a different place, so anyone, from anywhere, can walk in and find their own.

Named after the pomegranate blossom

Julnar is the Arabic word for the pomegranate blossom, a symbol of beauty, resilience and home.
Inspired by the sun-drenched orchards of the Levant and the timeless beauty of the pomegranate, the Julnar Collection turns your daily personal care routine into an intimate sensory journey back to what feels like home.

It took a year of samples to get the scent right, and right never meant expensive. It meant familiar.

Whether you are starting a quiet morning or unwinding after a long day, Julnar brings a comforting embrace of freshness and nostalgia to your entire home.

The pattern on the bottle

The motifs on every Julnar bottle are drawn from cross-stitch embroidery, a craft passed down through families for generations.

Each collection carries its own version of the same visual language: pomegranates and leaves for women, mountains for men, umbrellas and music notes for kids.
